into the world of The Gentlemen.
Eddie and Susie wanted a bigger criminal empire. Now they may have to fight to keep it.
The Gentlemen returns for Season 2 with Theo James and Kaya Scodelario back as Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass, one year after the unlikely partners joined forces inside Bobby Glass' criminal operation.
Eddie's journey into this world began when his father's death unexpectedly made him the new Duke of Halstead. Along with the title and sprawling family estate came another surprise: a massive illegal weed operation being run underneath the property by Susie and her crime boss father, Bobby Glass (Ray Winstone).
Eddie initially wanted nothing to do with the criminal business.
That didn't last very long.
By the end of Season 1, Eddie had embraced the lifestyle and become a partner alongside Susie and Bobby in the Glass family's growing empire.
Season 2 finds Eddie and Susie taking that partnership even further as they work together overseas and attempt to expand the operation.
But there's trouble at the top.
Bobby's increasingly questionable decisions begin putting everything they've built at risk, leaving Eddie and Susie with a difficult choice: step in and challenge him or stand back and potentially lose it all.
And ambition creates problems of its own.
The more Eddie and Susie attempt to grow their power, the more dangerous their world becomes, especially when business, loyalty and their complicated relationship begin colliding.
Eddie stumbled into the criminal underworld by accident.
Now getting him out might be considerably harder.
All eight episodes of The Gentlemen Season 2 are now streaming on Netflix.
