The Creep Tapes Season 3 Opens Another Disturbing Collection of Videos

The tapes are rolling again and that's probably bad news for whoever happens to be holding the camera.

The Creep Tapes returns for Season 3 bringing Mark Duplass back as the dangerously unpredictable serial killer at the center of the Creep franchise.

Created by writers and executive producers Duplass and Patrick Brice, the series expands the world introduced in the Creep films through a collection of disturbing videotapes recovered from the killer's secret vault.

Each tape introduces another unsuspecting person who crosses paths with Duplass' socially awkward and increasingly unsettling killer. What may initially seem strange, uncomfortable or even harmless gradually reveals something much more dangerous as his true intentions begin to surface.

And by the time his victims realize they've made a terrible mistake, getting away may no longer be an option.

Season 3 brings another six tapes into the collection along with a new group of guest stars, including Kate Siegel, Nic Hamilton and Elliott Fullam. Duplass' daughter, Ora Duplass, will also appear in a special throwback episode.

The anthology-style format allows each episode to introduce a different scenario and victim while keeping the same deeply uncomfortable presence at the center of it all.

You never quite know where one of these tapes is going.

You just know you probably wouldn't want to be the person appearing in it.

The Creep Tapes Season 3 premieres with two episodes September 15 on Shudder and AMC+, followed by two new episodes each Tuesday through September 29.  You can also stream it on Prime Video with a Shudder subscription.
