Eleven years after his daughter disappeared, Ian Ridley has never stopped believing she might still be alive.
Last Seen stars Patrick Brammall as Ian, a former police detective whose life was shattered when his young daughter, Maggie, vanished without a trace.
The disappearance destroyed his family and eventually changed the course of his career. Now working as a police dispatcher, Ian has spent more than a decade refusing to accept that Maggie may be gone forever.
Then a call comes in.
A teenage girl is in distress and Ian becomes convinced the voice on the other end of the line belongs to his missing daughter.
Suddenly, the case he's never been able to let go of is alive again.
Convinced Maggie is still out there, Ian begins a desperate search to find the caller and uncover what really happened to his daughter all those years ago.
But after 11 years of unanswered questions, Ian's determination comes with a cost. Finding Maggie could finally give his broken family the answers they've been waiting for or force him to confront a truth he's spent more than a decade refusing to accept.
Based on Ryan David Jahn's award-winning novel The Dispatcher, the six-episode Australian thriller turns a father's refusal to give up into a mystery where one voice on the telephone could change everything.
Because Ian doesn't just think the caller might be Maggie.
He's certain of it.
Last Seen is now streaming on Apple TV and Prime Video with an Apple TV+ subscription, with new episodes arriving Wednesdays through October 7.
