GREY'S ANATOMY — SEASON 23

Grey’s Anatomy Season 23 Brings New Beginnings to Grey Sloan

At Grey Sloan Memorial, saving a life is rarely the only complicated part of the day.

Grey's Anatomy returns for Season 23 on October 15, bringing another year of medical emergencies, difficult decisions and relationships that have a habit of becoming just as complicated as the cases inside the operating room.

The doctors of Grey Sloan face patients whose lives can change in a matter of seconds, forcing them to make impossible choices when there isn't always a clear right answer.

But the hospital has never been only about medicine.

Season 23 brings new beginnings and changing relationships as the doctors continue leaning on one another through the pressure, loss and uncertainty that come with their work.

Friendships deepen.

Romances become complicated.

And sometimes the person helping you survive the hardest day of your career becomes something more.

After more than two decades, Grey's Anatomy continues exploring the lives of doctors who are expected to have answers for everyone else while frequently struggling to find answers in their own lives.

Every patient brings another challenge.

Every relationship carries another risk.

And at Grey Sloan, neither medicine nor love is ever simply black and white.

Grey's Anatomy Season 23 premieres Thursday, October 15, 2026 on ABC, with new episodes streaming the following day on Hulu.
