THE MAN WITH THE BAG

The Man With the Bag Sends Santa on a Christmas Heist

Someone stole Santa's bag.

So naturally, Santa hires a thief to steal it back.

Arnold Schwarzenegger puts on the red suit in The Man With the Bag, a holiday action-comedy that turns saving Christmas into an elaborate heist.

With Christmas Eve approaching, Santa discovers that his iconic bag has been stolen by a rogue elf with a grudge, played by Awkwafina.

Without the bag, Christmas itself is in jeopardy.

Santa needs help — and apparently the North Pole doesn't have a dedicated heist team.

So he turns to someone already very familiar with his work:

A thief from the Naughty List.

Alan Ritchson plays the criminal recruited by Santa to recover the missing bag. But pulling off the job is going to require more than one thief, so he assembles an unlikely crew of misfits with exactly the kinds of questionable skills Santa suddenly needs.

Throw in a few elves, some reindeer and a little Christmas magic, and the group sets out to pull off the most important heist of their lives.

For Schwarzenegger, the movie also marks a return to Christmas comedy 30 years after Jingle All the Way, this time playing the guy responsible for delivering the presents.

Part holiday adventure and part heist movie, The Man With the Bag is ultimately about second chances, unlikely friendships and discovering that even Santa occasionally needs help from someone on the naughty side of the list.

Christmas needs saving.

Santa knows exactly who to call.

The Man With the Bag begins streaming December 2 on Prime Video.
