BEST PANCAKES IN THE COUNTY

Best Pancakes in the County Turns a Small-Town Diner Into a Deadly Showdown

It was supposed to be another ordinary night at a small-town diner.

Then the wrong people walked through the door.

Best Pancakes in the County stars Nicolas Cage, Justin Long and Shelley Hennig in an action thriller that transforms a quiet roadside restaurant into the center of a dangerous confrontation involving criminals, corrupt federal agents and secrets worth killing for.

The story unfolds over the course of one explosive night.

A fast-talking con man with a complicated past returns to a remote diner, where his arrival sets off a chain of events that quickly spirals out of control.

At the center of the trouble is a botched FBI heist involving a hard drive containing sensitive CIA information.

And apparently, some very dangerous people want it back.

As rogue federal agents and rival assassins converge on the diner, the once-ordinary restaurant becomes the setting for a deadly standoff.

Everyone seems to have an agenda.

Nobody knows who to trust.

And getting out alive becomes considerably more important than whatever brought them there in the first place.

But there's another complication.

The waitress knows more than she's letting on.

What initially appears to be an unfortunate case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time becomes something far more complicated as her own secrets begin surfacing.

With tensions rising and alliances constantly shifting, the people trapped inside must figure out who is telling the truth, who is manipulating whom and who might be planning to eliminate everyone else.

And as the night grows increasingly violent, survival may depend on more than simply having the fastest trigger finger.

Sometimes the smartest person in the room is the most dangerous one.

Written and directed by Ken Sanzel, Best Pancakes in the County brings together a cast led by Academy Award winner Nicolas Cage for a tightly contained thriller built around deception, escalating danger and an increasingly unpredictable group of characters.

One diner.

One night.

And a collection of people who probably should never have crossed paths.

The pancakes might be the best in the county. Surviving the night is another story.

Best Pancakes in the County arrives in theaters and on digital platforms November 20, 2026.
