Scary Movie Brings the Original Crew Back for More Chaos

Apparently, surviving Scary Movie once wasn't enough.

Twenty-six years after the original madness began, Cindy, Brenda, Shorty and Ray are back and unfortunately for them, so is another masked killer.

Scary Movie reunites Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans for an outrageous return to the horror-comedy franchise that made a name for itself by making absolutely nothing off-limits.

This time, a brand-new masked killer begins terrorizing the group, dragging the familiar survivors back into the kind of ridiculous horror-movie chaos they probably thought they'd left behind years ago.

Of course, the killer isn't the only target.

Scary Movie returns to the franchise's original formula of taking aim at horror movies, pop culture and just about anything else that happens to get in its way. Nobody is safe, nothing is sacred and crossing the line is pretty much the entire point.

For longtime fans, the biggest attraction may simply be seeing so many members of the original crew together again after more than two decades.

And there's now even more insanity to watch.

The Extended Cut adds new scenes, additional jokes and even more of the over-the-top humor that defined the franchise from the beginning.

The horror movies may have changed over the past 26 years.

Fortunately, Scary Movie still hasn't learned how to behave.

Scary Movie and the Extended Cut are now streaming on Paramount+ and on Prime Video with a Paramount+ subscription.
