Runner Turns a Medical Delivery Into a Deadly Race Against Time

The delivery puts him and an unlikely partner, played by Owen Wilson, directly in the path of a ruthless cartel determined to stop them from reaching their destination.

What begins as a race against the clock becomes a full-scale manhunt as every detour, delay and confrontation eats away at the precious time they have left.

With enemies closing in and betrayal coming from unexpected directions, the two men must survive long enough to complete a delivery they can't afford to lose.
