Using vintage Monday Night Football footage and new interviews, Miller Night Football revisits how the idea came together, what happened once Miller went live and why the experiment became such a memorable chapter in sports television history.

The documentary is also the first installment in HBO's 2026 NFL Shorts, a collection of films exploring unusual and memorable stories connected to football.
