MASTERPLAN

Masterplan Turns the Heist of the Century Into a Family Reunion

Stealing the Mona Lisa sounds complicated enough.

Doing it with two children who just discovered they're related might be considerably harder.

Stanley Tucci stars in Masterplan as a legendary thief preparing for what could be the biggest job of his career:

Stealing the Mona Lisa.

To pull it off, he recruits two highly skilled strangers.

Chiara is an Italian cybercrime expert capable of handling the digital side of the operation, while Jay is a confident French explosives specialist who can handle situations requiring something a little less subtle.

They're exactly the kind of people he needs.

There's just one piece of information he neglected to mention.

They're brother and sister.

And he's their father.

Suddenly, an elaborate international heist becomes an extremely awkward family reunion as Chiara and Jay discover that the stranger who brought them together has been hiding considerably more than his plans for stealing the world's most famous painting.

Now the three have to somehow work through years of unanswered questions while preparing to break into one of the most heavily protected museums in the world.

The skills are there.

The family chemistry may need some work.

Part heist movie and part dysfunctional-family comedy, Masterplan puts a different spin on assembling the perfect crew.

Because stealing the Mona Lisa may require flawless planning.

Surviving the family reunion might require a miracle.

Masterplan begins streaming October 16 exclusively on Prime Video.
