About Christmas at the Kringles
Christmas at the Kringles Turns Holiday Cheer Into a Nightmare
Having neighbors who celebrate Christmas all year sounds kind of fun.
Until you find out why they're doing it.
Christmas at the Kringles follows the Severson family, who move into a quiet suburban neighborhood hoping for a fresh start.
Their new next-door neighbors seem friendly enough.
They're the Kringles, an unusually festive family who keep the lights glowing, decorations hanging and Christmas spirit alive 365 days a year.
At first, it's charming.
Then Mark and Julie Severson begin noticing how attached their son is becoming to the Kringle family.
And something doesn't feel right.
After tensions between the families boil over, Mark goes next door determined to bring his family home and discovers that the Kringles' obsession with Christmas is considerably more sinister than elaborate decorations and holiday music.
They're attempting to hypnotize and indoctrinate his family.
Now Mark has to get them out.
Fortunately, he finds possibly the strangest person imaginable to help him:
A rogue, badass Santa Claus.
Together, they launch an increasingly chaotic rescue mission to take on the Kringles and save Mark's family before they're permanently pulled into their twisted version of Christmas.
Starring Ron Livingston, Rachel Bilson, Rob Riggle, Arden Myrin, Donald Faison and Thomas Lennon, Christmas at the Kringles mixes holiday comedy with action and a surprisingly dark suburban nightmare.
The Seversons wanted friendly new neighbors.
They should've been suspicious when the Christmas lights were still up in July.
Christmas at the Kringles arrives exclusively in theaters October 30, 2026.
